As a traditional sign writer completing all sorts of work, I specialise in gold leaf, a 2 day process of signwriting, applying 23¾ ct gold leaf then brushing off the excess gold to reveal the letters. I mainly sign write honour boards, updating the gold leaf names year by year for many organisations throughout the Cardiff area.
Gold leaf has been used for the writing & updating of Honour Boards in many prestigious Clubs, Schools, Companies, Religious buildings & more for several centuries. Gold leaf is best for the honour boards, as the gold reflects the light, making the names shine. Many organisations, schools and clubs need to keep honour boards maintained annually at least with new dates and names of winners or Chairmen, Presidents, Captains etc.
